Does your property have concrete cancer? Sydney remedial repairs

It is possible your building has concrete cancer (or spalling - which is just another word the industry uses for the same thing) if you see any of the following:

• Rust stains
• remedial repairs Broken concrete
• Rusted steel reinforcement poking through
• Bubbling render
• White salty stains (efflorescence)

What you can't see unfortunately, may be the spread of the "cancer" (spalling) throughout the concrete.
